Fitbit Charge 3 is not vibrating

My charge 3 doesn't seem to vibrate anymore for texts, emails etc.

I have checked settings, unistalled/reinstalled the app, deleted the charge 3 and paired it again.

Still nothing. Can anyone help please?

Hello @Catherine19. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. Make sure that the DND (Do not Disturb) option isn't activated.

When the do not disturb setting is on, notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on. This also applies for the Sleep Mode setting but both settings can't be turned on at the same time. In addition, If you have questions about how to navigate your Charge 3, please check: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If this is not the case, I also recommend performing the troubleshooting steps from this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? And a long restart by following the specific steps below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Hope this helps.
