Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can help.
I purchased my Fitbit charge 3 back in 2019, but at around July this year I noticed a small line across the screen. It was hard to see at first because the screen doesn't render every pixel.
I've noticed more and more now that the screen is starting to deteriorate.
It's quite difficult to capture it on camera but hopefully it's noticeable.
I've tried rebooting the device from the main menu and I also tried doing a long reset with the device plugged into the charger and the button pressed for 15 seconds. But neither restart has fixed the issue.
Is anyone able to offer advice and guidance? I bought this device directly from Fitbit 4th April 2019 to upgrade from my Fitbit Charge 2.
