Fitbit Charge 3 won't charge

I have had Fitbit 3 charge for about 2 months and can not get it to charge anymore and I’m almost out of battery power.  I cleaned the pins as suggested and restarted to no avail.  I’m pretty sure I have a faulty charger cable but don’t know what else to do.

I went through all the troubleshooting instructions on my Fitbit Charge 3 and it did not resolve the charging problem.

I do not have access to another Fitbit 3 charging cable or know anyone that has a Fitbit Charge 3.

So no resolution to my dilemma...a new Fitbit I can’t use.
