I have had Fitbit 3 charge for about 2 months and can not get it to charge anymore and I’m almost out of battery power. I cleaned the pins as suggested and restarted to no avail. I’m pretty sure I have a faulty charger cable but don’t know what else to do.

I also would like to confirm if you have the opportunity to try another charging cable to confirm the issue?
