Fitbit Charge 3 won't charge

Fitbit Charge 3 will not charge.  I have 2 different chargers.   I have cleaned posts with alcohol.  Tried various wall chargers.  Any further ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you for your quick response.  I am not able to perform any of the above suggestions.   My screen is black and it won’t charge.  As mentioned earlier it has been cleaned and I used different power sources including a computer, to no avail.

Any further help is appreciated.  My charge 3 was purchased in June 2019.  I have the receipt.  Please advise
