I have had my Charge 3 for 2 years now and have never had a problem. I went to charge it one night and the plug wasn't working. That was two months ago and my app and watch both say battery empty. I bought a new charger in hopes it was that but it still won't charge. I have rebooted it once and have cleaned the prongs, how can I fix this?
