It tells me to make sure my battery is on unrestricted... Even though it is. It is on unrestricted. Is there a way to fix this?

I am blind and get all my information from the iOS app on my iPhone. For months if not longer in order to get the app to update because of inconsistent software responses I have had to close out Fitbit and then reopen it in order to get the data to update. I hope that at some point the software will be updated so it Will respond more quickly as it has in the past. Maybe they will be able to figure out a way that you can use a three finger pull to refresh to get the screen to update without having to close out the Fitbit software and then reopen it.
