My fitbit suddenly started vibrating a lot and after that the screen went black… I thought the battery was dead so i put is in the charger, but no battery appeared… there is no green lights anymore at the back, but when it is in the charger, and I try pushing the side button a smiley appears and sometimes it also starts vibrating, but nothing happens after that…

Can i fix this problem??

This is happening to me also, except now it does nothing, even when I put it on the charger. The face doesn't light up at all. Just waiting to see what anyone's answer is. Hope here is a solution I wear use this all the time.

Hoping to get some help. I've tried several options.  My phone no longer connects to the charge.  The charger is on it, but all it does is vibrate.  no screen.  a few times I got a flash of a smiley face but nothing else.  very frustrating.
