Hi together,
I'm from Germany and I try to add a Curve Card to Fitbit Pay. Curve is supported in Germany.
After I've added the cards details and my adress I only get an error message
"500 Internal Error"
What can I do?
NFC-Pay was one of the key features of my Charge 4 for me.
I logged out, logged in again, restart the phone... nothing works

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with Fitbit Pay and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.
According to the List of Banks supported by Fitbit Pay Curve (Mastercard) is supported.
Please make sure to follow the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I set up Fitbit Pay?".
If you continue getting the same error, please provide the following information:
- Have you contacted your bank to verify if there is any restriction/limitation with your card?
- Have you verified that your card information has been correctly entered in the Fitbit Wallet?
- Is it a credit or debit card? Is it Visa, MasterCard or American Express?
- If possible, please attach a screen shot for further investigation.

Edson, I have the same problema, before reset the charge 4 (stopped sync) is impossible add the Curve card again, os not problem of Curve, is Fitbit.
Any solution?
