I got a Fitbit Charge HR back in April 2016, after doing a lot of research on which fitness tracker to get, I eventually settled for the Charge HR. I must say, I am a rather disappointed as my experience with the Charge HR hasn't been a pleasant one.
The claimed battery life of up to 5 days appears to be incorrect; at best I have seen on average 3 days. About a week or 2 now, my Charge HR has been having issues syncing with any of my devices; iOS, Android or even my PC. I have tried all the troubleshooting as detailed on the Fitbit website; I have done countless resets, I have done a factory reset (losing my unsynced data), I have removed the device and added it back with the result being epileptic at best and now its not syncing at all. It is obvious the bluetooth module or chip in Fitbit devices have issues, seeing that majority of the issues in the community have to do with syncing.
This may be the first and last Fitbit I will buy, as it is rather frustrating that the device is not functioning properly.
