Fitbit Charge HR not syncing

I have tried everything suggested and it said my fitbit had updated but I haven't been able to sync it since the 8th November and now even the time has gone funny on it so I can't even use it as just a watch. No idea what the heck is going on with it. It's a Charge HR. My dad has tried for me, I've tried, my Fianceè has tried with no joy......

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

We have done all of this without any success.

I have a new Charge 3.  Trying to get to sync burned through my phone's battery.  I went back to Fitbit 2.4 and all is well.  I much prefer it anyway.  Much more user-friendly, versatile & nicer to look at.

Tried it all-no success at all--------will try one more time

Don't work-to the trash

Wont get another one for sure

I kept a copy of Fitbit 2.4 on my phone, on my MAC and on my PC so I could go back to it incase I didn't like the new dashboard.  I have tried to email the app to posters on this site before, but it was too big.  Today I put it on Google docs.  Here is the link so you can download it if you wish:

I never could get it to work. So it is gone into trash now
