It has only recently started happening however my connected GPS with my Samsung S9 does not work.
As soon as I set the Charge2 to a walk, I get the dreaded Check Fitbit App.
I have tried:
1) Restarting my Charge2
2) Restarting my phone
3) Turning off Wi-Fi before setting a walk
4) Checked location settings (which are correct)
5) Force closing the app
6) Checking for app updates and phone updates
None of the above have resolved the issue. HELP!

@Liverpoolluke99 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing with your phone. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.
