Fitbit Charger 3 has black screen

I purchased the Fitbit charger 3 six months ago and now it has a permanent black screen. I have tried everything one is required to do and I still have a black screen. This is an expensive piece of rubbish and I would not recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money!

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 screen isn't working. You don't specify which troubleshoots you have tried. I would like to suggest that you restart your tracker and if it is syncing try changing the clock face.
