Am looking for help for my Fitbit charge 2 it won't sync to my phone the phone says it has found it but no numbers are appearing to set it I have a Huawei smart p

@Dittys Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
