I’m having issues with my Fitbit saving my steps data. Yesterday I walked almost 7,000 steps and it is showing 606 in my app. It also didn’t track my sleep last night. It says it’s synced but it can’t be if it isn’t showing the correct data.

 

Anyone have any suggestions? Or having this same issue?

Same price twice now. 

Tried the suggestion to take any punctuation out of my name on my phone. That worked but failed again since travelling to Greece. 

Given I'm on a WALKING tour, I'm not happy. 

The website is fine but what is wrong with the android app?
