Hi all. I have a replacement for my charge 2 with a broken screen but I cant seem to find
a/ How to add it into my profile or b/ how to transfer data from the broken one to new?
Am I being really dumb here?

It's not that obvious.
First, give your old fitbit one last sync (if you can)
Then you need to go into the account section of the app (the icon looks like an ID card) and select "set up a device". Choose Charge 2 and it will ask if you want to replace your existing Charge 2. Say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
