My Fitbit won’t sync ... says Bluetooth not available. I’ve tried turning phone off and resetting Bluetooth ... no luck

Also .. my steps daily do not register unless I refresh before the next day ... help  !

I’m having the same issues, I am guessing it’s to do with the iOS update.

I have done the instructions in red twice and mine still says no Bluetooth connection even though my iPhone says it is connected in Bluetooth settings. ☹️

Exactly !
I’ve done mine several times !
I’m hoping that the Fitbit experts will somehow find a solution to this as it is def a result of the Apple IOS update . I’m not getting any notifications and none of my steps are ring counted towards weekly totals !
Very frustrating !!!

It is strange because I got a reminder @ 9:00 tonight for something I had in my calendar. But then I try to get my steps loaded on my Fitbit app and it says that I am not connected to Bluetooth even though my Bluetooth says that I am connected. I even restarted my Fitbit and it does the same thing.

I’ve been thinking about an Apple Watch anyway. Guess now would be a good time. 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:
