Every time I try the exercise tracking, everything stops working. I can not click on any categories. The heart rate beats but that’s it My steps show total but can’t click on to see more days. What’s going on?

Let me help you with your exercise tracking on your Fitbit app. By your description it seems that the issue is with the Fitbit app. If this is the case try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If this isn't the issue then please provide as much information so I can better assist you.

The same thing happens to me. The only way I have been able to fix this is to delete the app and reinstall. The exercise I was recording vanishes. Steps keep syncing but everything else is "stuck"..
