Fitbit app hangs when changing clock faces

The only thing displayed when tapping "All information" for current clock face och tapping another clock face is a rotating symbol on a blank screen. It's possible to go back to the previous screen with the current clock face.

 

The fitbit was purchased a few days ago and this has never worked.

 

Tried

Restating Fitbit

Restarting phone

Reinstalling Fitbit app (incl clearing data/cache)

Removing Fitbit from app and re-pairing them.

 

Both app and fitbit should use the latest software.

Sync works well

 

Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo

Android 6.0.1

Fitbit app 3.4.2

Fitbit fw 28.20001.63.5

 

Any suggestions?

Having exactly this issue. My boyfriend and I both have Samsung Galaxy S5 too and neither of us can get it to work. Any ideas??

Changing phone solved the problem for me. Before that, same problem.
