Hi,
My Charge 3 has not been displaying my daily activities accurately and it has been very inconsistent on display my daily activities.
I have been exercising 5 to 6 times a week for the entire August 2021 but it only reflects the past 7 days just now. And just yesterday it reflected that I did not exercise at all this week. It used to display my entire month worth of activities so I'd like to know what I can do. The device tracking is consistent but the information displayed on my app isn't.

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.45.1 Android and 3.45 iOS). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If you continue having difficulties to see your activities, please log out from your Fitbit account and log back in. In addition, I would recommend checking if they show in the online Dashboard here.

My charge 4 has been like this for months. I have android app vs 3.45.1 and have done all the restarts, uninstalls and reinstalls suggested to no avail.

i spoke first to Cust Supp who then handed me off to warranty claims where I was told no warranty.
