Fitbit app not working after the update

Hello my my charge 3 fit bit seems to be frozen after the update that happened yesterday

after I did my routine exercise walking. I went to look at the stats but could not  open  that on the app it seems the fit bit is self is collecting data I can see the general data but cannot open the graphs and heart rate tabs or exercise. This item is not a year old and I find it good to keep myself motivated  please find me a solution. I have noticed others comments that indicate that your follow up on these matters is less then exemplary I dearly hope this not the case.

Let me help you with your issue viewing your data. So if I understood correctly the tracker itself is working fine but you can't view the data on the Fitbit app. If this is correct then it is an issue with the app not with the tracker and you can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
