Fitbit app premium content not working?

I have a Charge 2 and signed up for the free Premium 3-month trial. It seems to have changed some of my functionality (namely, sleep info) but none of the "programs" are working. I selected Kick Your Sugar Habit, Push-Up Prep, and Full-Body Strong. KYSH perpetually says "waiting to start." When I click on any of the 3 of them, "please wait" flashes on my screen for a nanosecond and then nothing happens. I've tried closing the app and restarting my phone but nothing makes these things work. Any advice? Thanks!

@DMS77 It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Premium exercises not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you actually log out from the app instead of just closing it, restart your phone and then log back in. If you are using an Android device then you can clear the apps cache data by going to settings > apps > Fitbit. Finally make sure the app is up to date.

I'm having the same issue with my Charge 4. I have been trying for the entire free trial time (ends on the 15th) and have yet to be able to watch the videos for any of the workouts. I keep getting "unauthorized " errors and when I try to log in and sync the FitBit Coach app I am made to use it also gives me errors. I have tried every "fix" in all of the forums I have found and nothing works. Pretty much a waste of the free trial since nothing worked. Pretty frustrating....
