The exercise tile is no longer opening up - so I can’t log or track any exercise or see what I have done each day.. and advice?

Hello @Helen8comet the exercise tile on what device?
Charge 2 this is where a user would go to track an exercise.
Or are you asking about the exercise tile on your unknown phone, or on the web. This is where a user would go to see past exercises.

Let me help you with your exercise tile not working. This does sound as it is related to the Fitbit app as you can see your weekly and daily activities there. I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date.
