Fitbit app will not sync my sleep patterns or steps. When I go

to settings on my iPhone it has in the Bluetooth that I am connect to my Fitbit charge two. Why can’t I sync on the app?

Unfortunately, syncing problems happen from time to time, often for no apparent reason.
