I have an iPhone 8, brand new.  Fitbit app will not download.  I have the latest updat, I turned my phone off 3 times.  It looked like it downloaded in the App Store but then cant find the app on my phone, now I hit the get button and nothing happens ......!

I have 7+ same issue...restarted phone, turned off phone, logged in and out of app store, reset verse. Did all multiple times.

app store shows “open” like the app is downloaded but it’s not loaded all the way and will not open. Tried this on wifi and not.

I have an old Android phone I fell asleep woke up 8 hours later and it was still going around and around and around . Because I had an old account my records are going to my account but unable to download app as well good luck
