Fitbit charge 2 not automatically synching with dashboard- even tho set to continuous synch

Hello,

My charge 2 is working fine EXCEPT that it's not auto synching to my dashboard. At the end of the day I notice that my dashboard shows 0 steps etc. Once I get into my dashboard it auto synchs. But if I don't check into my dashboard it doesn't.  Also, it's set to Continuous synch and bluetooth is on and fine, and I'm getting texts, and it's counting steps etc etc.  

Any ideas?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not automatically syncing with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Let's try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
