Fitbit charge 3 incorrect time

My Fitbit app went off after low battery,and now after charging it has lost time track and isn't discoverable by the Bluetooth anymore

We have tried various things to restart my charge 3,the call dropped...so I'm still hanging

The support team staff,asked me to uninstall my Fitbit app on my phone,and install again

That's where I'm now,kinda of stranded,coz my email was assigned to this charge 3 and the Fitbit app is new
