Fitbit charge 4 notification error

  • So basically I've been looking at solving hawei p30 Pro no notifications have not really worked so far I've done:
  • Restarting-works briefly
  • Updated-works briefly
  • Set up the app so it can work in the background currently testing that
  • It was a faff BTW its under battery and app launcher and you need to restart to get the settings to stick
  • The phone is also up to date but I'll double check that too
  • I have yet to unpair it from my old phone but as I've turned the bluetooth off on the old phone I'm pretty sure this is not an issue
  • Any other ideas welcome 🙂

Hi there @Michelleruth. Welcome to Community Forums.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed. Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.

Also you can try to restart your device.

If you continue having the same problem, please contact our Support Team.

Have a nice day.

Thanks it was the optimiser which I'd clicked on not realising that it would stop the fitbit from working I also switched off the notifications for it but they still keep coming through annoyingly otherwise problem solved
