Fitbit charge2 not receiving call notifications

My charge 2 was recieving calls now it's not syncing calls from my galaxy 9+

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 2 is not receiving call notifications from your Samsung Galaxy S9+. In order to resolve difficulties with notifications, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

If this doesn't help, please set up your Tracker as a replacement device by following the instructions below:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
