As someone who has been around people with eating disorders, and a parent of a young girl, I am very concerned by the fact my Fitbit repeatedly tells me how great it would be if I lost 2kg. These messages are entirely unsolicited and I have certainly never programmed it to try to coerce me to lose weight. I am a slim female and at 54kg am actually just under the medically desirable weight for my height. Messages like this are inappropriate and could potentially do great harm if received by someone with fragile mental health or body image. They really ought to remove this disturbing feature, or at least review the 'target weight' to make it appropriate and healthy rather than telling users they should aspire towards a BMI in the anorexic range. Is there someone I can contact at the company to raise this issue?

I have never seen any message about any suggested weight, or losing or gaining weight.. Are you seeing this on the Fitbit itself, or on the phone app? Can you post a picture?
Can you give the exact message?
