Fitbit data suddenly changed

I recently synced my Fitbit and got a massive change in steps and calories since June 17th (it said 10,467 steps and 8,870 calories burnt) so I reset it, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and resynced and it changed all the data again, this time 1,440 steps, with 10,467 calories burnt. Doesn't matter how many times I sync it, it keeps changing between the two, but always has this same figure showing for at least a week

Let me help you with your data on your Fitbit account. This is odd. Could you share screenshots of this issue? Also do you have any logged activity for the affected date? Could you share a screenshot of the activities area?

Hi, yes I have screen shots:
There should be logged data for all days affected, I've been using my
Fitbit continuously, and the data was accurate up until yesterday.
