My fitbit keeps telling me to 'download or update the app', but the app is already downloaded and synchronized with the watch. Yet i can't even have the hour displayed on the screen..

@Alexnapo , Thank you for your information and your message. 

Although the message to download the app, appears on the Charge 4, does it count your steps, and do you see them on the app after syncing?

Have you restarted your Charge 4?
