Fitbit froze during update

Charge HR froze last night during update. ☹️ now not functioning at all. Had bar across screen half is shaded and half clear with an exclamation mark at times. 😩

Thanks for that info. I told my Iphone to forget my Fitbit. My Iphone then automatically picked up my Fitbit and the update download continued. I had my Fitbit plugged into my Imac BTW.

It is now charging as normal. Fingers crossed 🙂

I think fit bit did that on purpose to make us all upgrade!! 😡😡😡

I’ve given up on fitbit as I’ve had two charge hr watches and both fell apart. Apple replaced the first one under warranty but the second lasted only 9 months. It is a design fault. I’ve gone to Garmin now!

Went to Bluetooth Fitbit app  -forget this device clicked off clicked back Bluetooth  Fitbit is no longer on phone how to get back frustrated

Just Support says try update from different device. My daughter did just that and my Fitbit is updated and works fine now!

That is an excellent news. My Fitbit is working fine now, however, all the
data collected prior to freez-up are lost. Go figure!!
