Hi all,
I hope you could help me. My Fitbit Charge 2 is not synchronizing since last Android Update last Friday. I tried uninstalling the app and unpairing the fitbit, still the same problem. Fitbit is blaming the Bluetooth but that is not the problem, obviously, as it works perfectly.
What is the solution?

With what type of device do you sync through @lalalacb?
Knowing this would be beneficial in giving recommendations.
Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi,
My Xiomi A1 was updated to Android 9 and now, Fitbit does not synchronize using as a excuse a message complaining about the Bluetooth. The Bluetooth works perfectly ....

Hi,
No one has replied with a solution... At this moment I have to use my tablet because Fitbit stopped synchronizing after updating my phone to Android 9. I have seen you had problems before... are you going to solve them in any way? Should I just considered throwing away fitbit and thinking of a better integrated brand?

That phone is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so it is unlikely to sync consistently.
And now that you have upgraded to Pie you may be affected by a known bug syncing with Pie as documented at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Android-9-0-Pie-not-able-to-sync/td-p/2889550
This bug has been around for a long while so I wouldn't expect a quick fix.
As the problems only seem to affect syncing you could carry on using your tablet but if syncing via your phone is essential to you then your option of throwing it away is probably your best bet.

Other option is, once I need a new device similar to fitbit, avoid fitbit.
Thanks for your support.
