Fitbit isn’t syncing

Just updated my Fitbit charge 2. Not syncing. Can anyone offer suggestions?

I havent been able to sync mine for 3 days despite trying all of the below many times.  Very frustrating as not able to track food, calories, exercise etc, a bit pointless really.  This happens on a regular basis

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Hi there. So I finally removed the device from My account and then added it back in. After what seemed like forever (about a minute or two), it reconnected and synced the information... even the previous days... so I didn’t lose any information. Hopefully this works for you!
