Charge 2 unresponsive after firmware update

I did the firmware upgrade and now my device won't come on after charging.  I've charged it over night and reset it but still the screen won't show up.  My phone can pair with it and shows a battery life but doesn't show a 100% battery so i'm not sure the device is pushing out the correct data about its battery.  Also, the green lights do not come on.  I've cleaned the connections but nothing.  Is anyone else having an issue with the latest firmware upgrade?

It's called built in obsolescence. Good luck with Support. They'll blame the problem on something else. Not worth the hassle dealing with them. Find another brand...
