Charge 2 not syncing after app update

Oh I hate this made me sign in and the dashboard is updated won’t sync . Format is terrible . Why oh why do they do that?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with the app after the update. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Regarding the new app design you can share your feedback in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
