Just now try logging in the app and it said my id & pw was not right. So i try forgot pw function, but it told me that fitbit network down. Has been re-installed the app and re-login but couldn't solve the problem.

What type of phone are you asking about?
Have you tried both WiFi and cellular data?
I would do a search of the community. I know their have been several resalutions posted.
