Hi!
I noticed yesterday that my Charge 2 isn't automatically tracking exercises anymore. I have everything set at the 10 minute minimum, and it's missing my 30+ minute walks.
I decided to add in the walks manually, but now the fitbit deletes steps. Example:
I went for a walk today at 2 pm for about 40 minutes. I finished my walk, and checked my fitbit app. It was synced with the Charge 2, and both read ~6,300 steps for the day. I noticed the walk hadn't been automatically added, so I added it manually. After I added the walk, my step count was reduced on both the app and my Charge 2 to ~4,300 steps.
How do I fix the automatic exercise sensing AND stop the fitbit app from deleting my steps?
Thanks!
Having this issue too whereby its not recognizing long walks but it does count the steps. If I add in the walk, it doubles my steps so I still have an incorrect record. Very frustrating and such a shame as I have been loving my FitBit.
I've been having this problem for a week or two. My charge 2 is counting active minutes, but no longer tracks exercise. It is also not tracking my sleep correctly. I've had it for about 4 months, and it was working fine until recently.
I'm having the same problem since last Friday. Has anyone been able to fix this?
I am dealing with the same thing. This cost too much to buy another one so soon! ( Its only been about a year!)
