Can anyone help my Fitbit has been working fine and now all of a sudden it won’t charge.. I’ve tried cleaning the charging ports incase of dirt or dust and tried the cable in different charger points. The battery flashes up as if it is about to charge but then just stays in the same position it’s been charging for a while now and still nothing.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Thank you for your help my Fitbit has now successfully charged and back up and running not sure what the problem was but seems to have sorted itself out thanks for replying 🙂
