Fitbit not discoverable by bluetooth

This morning my charge 2 wasn’t displaying floors so I’ve reset everything network and location in mobile

and rebooted Fitbit

now when I turn Bluetooth on it’s not bring my Fitbit up at all

the Fitbit itself is still counting steps and everything else apart from floors

does anyone have any ideas as I’ve only had it a few weeks and the person I bought it from has had it since March

Hey @Kvic77, hope you are doing well! I had the exact same problem with bluetooth and my fitbit charge 2 yesterday evening. I accidentally unpaired my charge 2 from bluetooth, and then once I tried to connect it back to bluetooth my charge 2 was not discoverable either. So I restarted my phone and tried bluetooth again, but still no charge 2. But then I remembered I had the same problem when I first got my fitbit. The key that worked for me was to:  Fully charge the Charge 2, once fully charged restart phone and then go to bluetooth and search for the charge 2, your fitbit should pop up then and once selected, your charge 2 should be successfully connected to bluetooth.👍

Let me know how it goes!
