Fitbit not recording sleep data

My fitbit suddenly stopped showing sleep data too. It shows total hrs but doesn't break it down in time awake, time in rem, time in light, and time in deep. I used that every day.

I must be blind.  Where's the solution?  Clicking on the green bar where it says go to solution does nothing.

Apparently Fitbit techs are not apart of this blog, only consumers.
