Fitbit not syncing after upgrade

Hi I have a Charge 3 and after the recent update I am finding it difficult to sync my Fitbit. It was working perfectly fine before the update. I have looked and tried all of the possible fixes but my Fitbit is constantly showing the wrong time due to the syncing issue.

 

please advise what I can do.

I am now in the process of receiving a new charge 3 so all good!

I have tried removing my Fitbit from my device and then reinstall it. Unfortunately I am unable to reinstall my Fitbit.

Well I give up not only is the time wrong and it hasn't synced in a week now I lost my step count on the app maybe it is time to look at a new watch

Same.  Stopped syncing on the 14th  and refuse to update the phone.  Tried unpairing, and now it tells me its unable to pair back.  Rebooting Charge doesn't do anything.  Rebooting phone doesn't do anything.   

 

My old Alta just did its thing without problem one.  Got the Charge 3 and its a constant issue to keep it paired.  Wish I'd never "upgraded"

Mine has been slow to sync lately. Also, I have All-Day Sync selected but it fails

to do that.

This is just the latest in a long line of issues with my Charge 3. I wish I hadn’t bought it.

I chatted with customer support and since my watch is still under warranty
I'm being sent a new one.

Mine is also slow to sync. Message sz bluetooth issues. Sometimes rebooting charge 3 works.  Sometimes I can't find the reboot option.

Just IOS pushed updated  2 days ago. On schedule, tried to down load charge 2 data and my iOS device will not connect! Tried several times and still fail. Disappointing this upgrade wasn’t fully tested before releasing! 

While here, I purchased a new Fitbit charge 3 while in the states! Packed it away for travel! Arrived at destination 22 hours later- in another country, tried to sink the device and it FAILED! Several test, FAILED, contacted customer service (from over seas) still results FAILED! Customer service wants me to ship back and they ship replacement! Gave them address for shipping label, NOTHING showed up! Tried twice, NOTHING label arrived. Now stuck with CHARGE 3 that will not sync AND will NOT stay charged more than 2 hours! Lessons learned, 1. BE VERY CAREFUL OF NEW UPDATES! 2. TEST ALL FUNCTIONS IN THE STORE OF PURCHASE BEFORE TRAVELING. 
Fitbit, What happened, got famous now your product quality sacrificed??
