Fitbit not syncing with VirgingPulse app

My charge 2 will not sync to my VirginPulse application.  I keep getting an error code. Thoughts?

Welcome aboard @Nightmer! What is the error code that you are getting? In the meantime, I'd like you to revoke the access between the VirginPulse app and the Fitbit app, through your account. That might fix this.
