Hi, I've had my Fitbit2 for a couple of years, synced to my android phone with no problems, but when I tried to charge it, it didn't show the normal battery charging screen, just the setup message scrolling across ... how can I fix this please?

Hi, @Wiggers14! Sounds like your tracker may have disconnected from your account. I'd recommend trying to add it back in. You can do this by clicking on your profile in the app and then add a device.
