Since getting my fitbit charge3 three weeks ago, my sleep analysis has only done the "sleep score" with an in-depth analysis 3 times! I am wearing it correctly. I only sleep on my back and hardly move so I don't know why it isn't working. Part of the reason I bought this was for that so it is very frustrating that it isn't giving me very much information.
Sidenote: it also keeps saying it's failed to sync... but it is syncing. All the information is always up to date, but it keeps saying it's failed. I've done everything the troubleshooting page said to do. No luck.
Does anyone know what the issue may be?
