Fitbit won't start

I just brought this Fitbit charge hr and it shows fully charged but won't come on after I take it off charger.

Hi @svlemon  The Charge HR has been retired for a few years and the Charge 4 was released early this spring. Here is the link - click - to the user manual and related help articles. You'll want to be sure you have the latest firmware and app for your phone. Try doing a restart a few times, as it's similar to rebooting a computer.
