Hello forum users,
I have tried everything. I've cleaned the contacts, I've plugged it in to charge. I've pushed the button for four seconds while it's charging. I've even done it three times in a row, like was suggested in a previous post. Nothing is working.
Can someone please help?

P.S. When I push the button while it's charging, after four seconds it buzzes, but the screen doesn't light up or anything. Thanks!
