I have restarted my phone and the fitbit, I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it, I have turned Bluetooth off and on, I have clicked on the sync tab over and over and over. Done all of this multiple times. I know it is still collecting data, but it would be great to see what I've done over the week instead of it saying all zero steps. I'm not sure what else to try.

I'm having this same issue. It seems like an update went out last month and after that they sync between my Charge HR and my phone is very spotty. I've restarted both, reinstalled the app, removed/added my Charge HR, reset bluetooth, etc. and nothing has worked yet.

Same on Google Pixel 3. I try to disconnect my device and now it does not reconnect anymore
