Nothing is working . My Fitbit 2 gives me 200 flights a day and has for over a month. No suggestions have worked.  Can Fitbits be repaired?

Hi @Lollicake, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting are appreciated as well. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try restarting your device following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • For Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

I'd like to share with you that we do not have any certified repairing center to check your device. However, please try the steps above and let me know if the issue persists so we can move forward with this.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I am experiencing the exact same issue! And have for a week or so now, so far today 218 floors (actually none....)

I also used the method advised to lollipop, to no avail. Please have someone contact me! I'm addicted to my fitbit but need a modicum of accuracy....! Thank you   🙂
