Floors not counting

I just realized they haven’t been counted since feb 8th.

Your fitbit tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.

 

Try cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air. Don't poke anything into the hole though as this can cause more problems.

I have a charge 2 and don’t see any holes. There’s 3gokd circles but they’re not clogged with anything
